If you would like your BursaSearch account and all associated data deleted, you can do this instantly in the app, or request it by email at any time.
Open BursaSearch, go to Dashboard → Delete Account, and confirm. This is immediate and permanent — no waiting period.
If you can't access the app, email us at findmyfunduk@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", sent from the email address linked to your account.
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Either way, once completed your data cannot be recovered.
We do not retain any personal data after your deletion request is completed, except where we are required to keep records by law.
